Contained herein is the 4BiZ Solutions LLC Refund and Cancellation Policy. it for any and all services, including each “SEO Gold” plan.
Please note that all purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Cancellations

Recurring Fees:

For cancelled services which are being paid for on a recurring monthly basis, future billing will discontinue at the time of cancellation. For cancelled services which are being paid for on a recurring annual basis, future billing will discontinue at the end of the current year term. Please note we require a minimum 30-day written notice for all cancellations.

By purchasing any SEO plan from 4BiZ Solutions LLC, either on this website (SEOGold.us) or any other venue or method, you acknowledge that
you have read and agree to our No Refund Policy.

Refunds

Services:

4BiZ Solutions LLC has a NO REFUND policy for any and all services, including each “SEO Gold” plan. Please note that all purchases of all services, including design of any kind, subscriptions, plans, software, etc. are final and there are no refunds. If it is not a physical, tangible product, it is considered a services and will be subject to the NO REFUND policy for services.

Products:

Purchases of physical products may be refunded provided they are returned and in good condition within 10 business days. If returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and a restocking fee of 15% may apply. If you receive a physical product which was damaged when you received it, please notify us immediately for a full refund.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
